Upgrade & Trade-In Policy
Receive 100% of the original purchase price as trade-in credit when upgrading an eligible certified natural diamond. Lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for the 100% trade-in credit.
The new natural diamond purchase must cost at least twice the original purchase price. All trade-ins are subject to inspection and appraisal. Proof of purchase and the original diamond certificate may be required.
